Our Leaders

Church Council

The St. John’s Lutheran Church Council provides prayerful leadership and oversight for the life and ministry of our congregation. Working together with the pastor, ministry leaders, and members of the congregation, the Council helps set direction, establish priorities, use our resources generously, and support the ministries of the church.


The Council seeks to keep St. John’s focused on its mission: to make Christ known, loved and served.


Through prayer, discernment, collaboration, and responsible stewardship, the Church Council helps ensure that the decisions and ministries of St. John’s reflect our calling as a community of faith and our commitment to God’s mission in the world.
