Worship With Us

Our Mission:

To make Christ Known, Loved and Served

within our congregation, in our community, throughout God's world and within our daily lives, while rooted in the Lutheran traditions we hold dear.

Our Invitation to You!

All are welcome here at St. John’s regardless of your faith affiliation. If you are a visitor worshiping with us today, we are blessed by your presence. Our Lord, Jesus Christ, invites all God’s people to the Holy Communion table.

Jesus welcomed the little children to come close to him, and so do we at St. John’s. They bring such energy and openness to our community.

Worship of God is the center of our life as a congregation.  We believe in God revealed to us as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.  Our worship is focused on the Word of God, the Holy Sacraments of Baptism and the Lord’s Supper, and the joy we have knowing the love of God.  It is through prayer, praise, and thanksgiving that we are sustained and strengthened to make Christ known, loved, and served.

Our Sunday 9 AM worship service is live-streamed on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/StJohnsMiddletownNY..  Even if you cannot watch live, the services will be recorded. You can find us at: https://www.youtube.com/@StJohnsLutheranMiddletownNY.
