Our Leaders

The Ministry of Deacons is a ministry of worship, compassion, service, and connection. Our deacons help St. John’s care for its members and reach out to those in need through worship assistance, prayer, visitation, encouragement, practical assistance, and fellowship. 

Working alongside our pastor and congregation, deacons seek to notice those who may need a helping hand or listening ear and remind one another that no one walks alone. Through this ministry, we strive to live out Jesus’ call to love and serve one another.
